Call Center Operations Coordinator

We´re looking for a detail-oriented person, who has good understanding of quality customer treatment and brand loyalty with ability to follow precise instructions.
Requirements:
Professional
At least 1 year of experience leading operations teams for the BPO industry
English level B2+/C1
We have for you:
Salary $5´000.00COP + Performance bonuses
42 hours per week (2 days off per week)
Schedule: Sunday to sunday 9:00am to 12:00am.
100% on site: Bogotá
